7 Day Clean Eating ChallengeThis is a free group that is offered each month. It is for 7 days starting on a Monday and ending on a Sunday. There is a meal plan that is given, but substitutions can be made with the help of your free wellness coach. Shakeology is also encouraged, but not required, to be something that each uses as a replacement for a meal or as a snack. Each group has their own Facebook page where members can post their progress, questions, and encouragement. The next group to join after this would be the 21 Day Fix Challenge.

21 Day Fix ChallengeThis challenge group is for 21 days. It includes a meal plan and 30 minute exercise routine for each day. It incorporates weights in pilates, cardio, yoga, and more. The challenge pack comes with your personal wellness coach, the 21 Day Fix Workout DVD, a months supply of Shakeology, your travel Shakeology cup, and your meal plan with portion containers. The results individuals get from this challenge are amazing! When I did this challenge for the first time myself, I lost 10 pounds within the 21 days. It was the best money I spent towards improving my health! When ordering the challenge pack, make sure to choose the one that just says "21 Day Fix". (NOT the kickstart nor the extreme).

PiYo Your Way to Great HealthPiYo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga. Core strength is the main component of PiYo. You build muscle, shed weight, and tone the body from cellulite through the use of both Pilates and Yoga. This is a challenge group that will be using both Shakeology, meal plans, and a PiYo DVD to lose weight and tone the body. The challenge pack comes with your personal wellness coach, the PiYo Workout DVD, a months supply of Shakeology, and your meal plan.

Mom & Me PartnershipAs a mom, I want to instill into my children the love of exercise and keeping one's body healthy. I exercise in front of my children so that they see mommy doing it and desire to do it themselves. Most of the time, my little ones join me in the exercises. This group is to introduce exercises such as 21 Day Fix, PiYo, and Yoga to moms and their children (from babies, you can wear them, to teenagers). This isn't a challenge but rather a partnership between you and your children to exercise and eat healthy so that you get to enjoy each other for years and years to come. This group will teach you different exercises to do with your children, offer advice on nutrition and meal prep, and help keep you accountable in instilling healthy behaviors for yourself and your child (children).

Fit Mom's ClubThis is an accountability group for moms. Raising children can be rough and time consuming so much so that as moms we sometimes forget that in order to keep the ship sailing, we also have to ensure the captain is healthy in every way. Two important ways to stay well are exercise and nutrition. In this accountability group, moms will learn different exercises, how to fit those exercises in during the day, and great nutritional meal plans that will emphasize the workouts she is doing. Programs such as 21 Day Fix, PiYo, and Yoga will be incorporated within the group to help moms lose the baby weight, tone, and be the energetic and fit mom they have always wanted to be.

Personal Development & Accountability GroupThis is a group that I would like to offer monthly if there is enough interest in it. Each month, the group would dive into a personal development book, which would be discussed via a Facebook Group page or if everyone is local, through a once a week group get-together. The goal of the group is to keep individuals accountable in their own personal development education, helping each other discover our passions, dreams, and goals and make them a reality by applying the concepts learned in the books.
